    • By providing transport as a support worker with CareSavvy, you enter into our Transport Agreement for Support Workers.

      In signing this you agree to the following:

      1. Commit to safe driver behaviour, to protect myself and others. e.g. be alert, observe laws, defensive driving, manage fatigue levels and fitness to drive.
      2. Provide a current and valid drivers licence to CareSavvy when you choose to provide transport. An updated copy must be provided as it approaches expiry.
      3. Get in contact with CareSavvy immediately if you have any licence issues — such as cancellation or restrictions.
      4. Notify CareSavvy of any medical condition that may prevent you from safely providing transport.
      5. Ensure driver and all passengers wear a seatbelt while in motion.
      6. Ensure that you have an appropriate load restraint system and/or cargo barriers in place if you are carrying a heavy load, e.g. a wheelchair or other equipment.
      7. Agree to complete an incident form by contacting CareSavvy in the case of any incident or near miss event.
      8. You must not:
        1. Consume alcohol or drugs between the time the booking commences and ceases.
        2. Drive or attempt to put the vehicle in motion, while there is any concentration of alcohol or drugs present in your blood.
        3. Exceed the passenger limits of the vehicle.
        4. Use a hand held mobile phone or two-way radios while operating the vehicle.

    • Profile picture will bring more chances for you to find work. Make sure the photo is clear and in centre and avoid using any filters. Avoid wearing sunglasses, hat or cap, and group photos.

                  Carers should not attend any clients if:

                  • They have a confirmed case of COVID-19 or have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days
                  • They or a member of their immediate family have been overseas in the last 14 days
                  • They are sick or showing any symptom of COVID-19 including fever, cough, breathing difficulties, sore throat, fatigue, etc
