Help keep your home organised and cleaned. Daily assistance with household chores including vacuuming, sweeping and mopping the floor, toilet & bathroom cleaning, dusting furniture & tidying up, washing dishes, cleaning kitchen benchtops, laundry, ironing, changing bed linens, hanging heavy washing and light gardening.
Transportation to enable participation in a community, social, economic and daily life activities. Assistance with transport to/from doctor's appointment, physio / therapy session, school, gym, sports, visit to family or friends. escorted / unescorted shopping.
Bathing & showering, personal hygiene and grooming, dressing, toileting and mobility support, help with getting in and out of bed and continence management.
Assistance with morning and evening routines, medical prompts, assistance with food preparation & help around the house.
Active overnight support involves continuous support throughout the night with turning in bed and lifting, personal care, administer medication, emergency contact, helping with hydration and Inactive overnight involves bedtime and morning support.
These services are designed to give carers a break from their caring role and can be arranged for planned breaks, regular weekly breaks, short holidays and emergencies.
Help to maintain movement and mobility, for example: podiatry, occupational therapy, physiotherapy.
