Active overnight support involves continuous support throughout the night with turning in bed and lifting, personal care, administer medication, emergency contact, helping with hydration and Inactive overnight involves bedtime and morning support.
Overnight care can be provided as sleep over support or active overnight support.
With a sleep over, the direct support worker can provide assistance before bedtime and in the morning and be available through the night for your peace of mind.
